The BalMoral Country Club ground breaking took place in February, 1982.
The Lacuna Golf & Country Club opened in 1985 and was designed by Joe Lee. It was also nicknamed as Doug Ford's Lacuna Golf club.
It was renamed the Grand Lacuna Golf & Country Club.
In 2011, the golf course was redesigned and reopened as the Atlantic National Golf Club.
The Atlantic National Golf Club is located within the gated community of the Atlantic National Golf Club of Lacuna.
