Notes

In 1972, Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club opened and eventually had 27 regulation holes. Today it is known as the Miccosukee Golf and Country Club.  In addition to the main facility of 27 holes, Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club, in the summer of 1972, opened an 18-hole executive golf course, just southwest of the main facility and it was a par 60, 3105 yard course called Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club - West Course - Executive Golf Course. Since Mark Mahannah designed the main 27 holes, it is assumed that Mark Mahannah was also the designer of the Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club - West Course - Executive Golf Course.

Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club - West Course - Executive Golf Course was closed in the early 1980s.

Kendale Lakes Golf & Country Club - West Course - Executive Golf Course reopened as Kendall Lakes West Golf Course* in the mid 1990s as a 9-hole executive course with a mini course.  Kendall Lakes West Golf Course had a short life span and closed in the early 2000s.
